Tournament Registration Form

Late Registration is available at the Tournament Registration Desk on Friday, March 12 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The Late Registration entry fee is $15. Registration and payment for the Blitz Tournament closes at 6:00 pm sharp. The Blitz Tournament begins at 6:30 pm Friday, March 12. All players must be registered and paid by 6:00 pm.
