Virginia Scholastic Chess Association Membership
The VSCA now offers membership to all students who participate in our chess tournaments. Members will receive a monthly email newsletter with information about upcoming scholastic events. There are no membership dues apart from the normal tournament entry fee, and memberships are valid for one scholastic year, September 1 – August 31. Players may choose not to be members and / or not to receive the newsletter if they wish; this will not affect tournament entry fees.

To decline a subscription to the newsletter, simply type “no” on the tournament registration form in the field provided for this purpose.
